Without prejudice to the provision of Article 26(1) of this Law, inspectors, to be appointed
by a decision of the Official, shall collectively or individually detect, record, and investigate
violations of the provisions of this Law and the Regulations. The Regulations shall specify
the work rules of said inspectors.
