In this Law, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings
assigned thereto, unless the context requires otherwise:
1. Bank: Small and Medium Enterprises Bank.
2. Law: Law of Small and Medium Enterprises Bank.
3. NDF: National Development Fund.
4. Board: Board of Directors of the Bank.
5. Chairman: Chairman of the Board.
6. CEO: Chief Executive Officer of the Bank.
7. SMEs: Small and medium enterprises as per the classification of the Small
and Medium Enterprises General Authority.
