The concerned party may file a grievance with the Minister of Commerce
against the decision rejecting his application within 60 days from the date of
notification. If the Minister issues a decision rejecting the grievance, the
concerned party shall have the right to appeal the Minister’s decision before the
Board of Grievances within 30 days from the date of notification thereof.
