Law of Trademarks

The authorization registration shall be stricken from the Register upon a request by the trademark owner or the authorizee after presenting evidence of authorization expiration or termination. The competent department shall notify the other party of the request to strike off the authorization from the Register. In such case, the other party shall have the right to object to the request before the Board of Grievances within 30 days from the date of notification. Part 7: Jointly-Owned Trademarks
