The Minister of Commerce may permit the registration of a jointly-owned
trademark to natural or legal persons who are responsible for monitoring certain
products or services or inspecting the same with respect to their sources,
components, performance, features, method of manufacture, or any other
characteristic, in accordance with the procedures and conditions provided for
in the Implementing Regulations.
