Without prejudice to any harsher penalty, a person committing any of the following acts shall be punished by imprisonment for a period not exceeding three months and a fine not less than twenty thousand riyals and not more than two hundred and fifty thousand riyals, or by either penalty: a) Using an unregistered trademark in the cases stipulated in Article 2(b, c, d, and e) of this Law. b) Unlawfully imprinting on his trademarks or commercial papers data that suggest their registration.
