A punishment not exceeding twice the maximum punishment stipulated for the
offense shall be imposed upon any person who repeats an offense along with
the closure of the place of business or the project for a period of not less than
15 days and not more than six months. The judgment shall be published at the
offender’s expense in accordance with the conditions and procedures provided
for in the Implementing Regulations.
