1. No person may use the tradename a merchant has reserved or registered in accordance with the
provisions of this Law, subject to the provisions of other relevant laws.
2. A merchant whose tradename is registered in the Commercial Register shall have the right to claim
compensation before the competent court for the damage caused by any person who uses his
tradename.
