A merchant who is registered in the Commercial Register may amend his tradename upon fulfillment
of the conditions and procedures stipulated in this Law and the Regulations. Said amendment shall
be effective from the date of entry thereof in the Commercial Register, without prejudice to the rights
and obligations arising prior to such amendment.
