The procedural guides required to implement the provisions of these
Regulations shall be issued pursuant to a decision of the Minister or
his designee, upon the recommendation of the Ministry, and shall
be updated in the same manner. These guides shall be published
on the Ministry’s official website, and shall enter into force as of the
date of publication thereof.
