Table 26 below sets out the supervisory rating grades for object finance exposures subject to the supervisory slotting approach. Table 26 Strong Good Satisfactory Weak Financial strength Market conditions Demand is strong and growing, strong entry barriers, low sensitivity to changes in technology and economic outlook Demand is strong and stable. Some entry barriers, some sensitivity to changes in technology and economic outlook Demand is adequate and stable, limited entry barriers, significant sensitivity to changes in technology and economic outlook Demand is weak and declining, vulnerable to changes in technology and economic outlook, highly uncertain environment Financial ratios (DSCR and LTV) Strong financial ratios considering the type of asset.
