211. Violations and Penalties 1. Violations of any of the provisions set forth in this Regulation shall constitute a breach, resulting in a written warning or a financial penalty. 2. Considering the provisions set forth herein and without prejudice to any severer penalty stipulated in any other laws or regulations in force in KSA, whoever violates the provisions of this Regulation shall be subject to a fine not less than SAR 500 (Five Hundred Saudi Riyals) and not exceeding SAR 10,000 (Ten Thousand Saudi Riyals), as outlined in the Table of Violations and Penalties in this Regulation. 3. Penalties shall be proportionate to the level of the violation, considering the violation’s severity and recurrence. 4. The offender shall rectify the damage, if any, caused by the violation. Operation Procedures Guide The Authority shall prepare the operation procedures guide. This guide, and any amendments thereto, including deletion, addition, or cancellation, shall be approved by the President of the Authority. 213. Approval of the Regulation and its Amendments This Regulation, or any amendments thereto, including deletion, addition, or cancellation, shall be approved by the Board or whom it designates. 214. Entry into Force The provisions of this Regulation shall enter into force 30 days from the date of its issuance, and shall repeal any provisions contradicting therewith.
