1. The Authority shall monitor and inspect the activities of licensees to ensure compliance with this Law and the Regulations. The Regulations shall specify the relevant provisions and procedures. 2. The licensee shall take any corrective measures the Authority deems appropriate; such measures may include amendment of the terms of the license. 3. The licensee may request the Authority to review his activities in accordance with the provisions of paragraph (1) of this Article in the event of any potential uncontrollable circumstance that might affect his business.
