The Authority may, for the purpose of conducting inspections, audits, and reviews of a licensee, enter
any relevant property or facility to verify the licensee’s compliance with the terms of the license,
including the requirements of the safety certificate. The licensee shall cooperate with the Authority
or any person assigned thereby to conduct such inspections, audits, and reviews, and shall provide
any information or document requested therefrom.
