1. Inspectors, to be appointed by a decision of the President, shall, individually or collectively, detect
and investigate violations of the provisions of this Law, the Regulations, and the license terms.
The Regulations shall specify the rules and procedures for exercising their duties.
2. Without prejudice to paragraph (1) of this Article, the Board may outsource certain inspection and
violation detection tasks, in accordance with controls and criteria to be approved thereby.
