1. The Authority may, if necessary, seek the assistance of the competent authorities in the detection
of violations or the enforcement of decisions issued against violators.
2. Law enforcement agencies shall, when necessary, support the Authority in performing its duties
with regard to detecting violations of drivers not licensed to engage in road transport activities,
without prejudice to the jurisdiction of each agency.
