The mission must import the necessary medicines, medical devices and supplies only for the use of the personnel of the mission by estimating the annual consumption based on what was consumed during the previous years, and it must not supply large quantities in excess of the need. The SFDA has the right to reject any product or quantity that it deems to be in excess of the need of the mission.
