The supply of food items to the Pilgrim Affairs Offices for the purpose of catering shall not be permitted, as this
is provided by the catering operators in accordance with the booklet of instructions regulating Hajj affairs and
the memorandum of agreement between the Ministry of Hajj and the Pilgrim Affairs Office.
