Compliance with the provisions outlined in the Medical Hajj Offices Permits document issued by the Ministry of Health regarding contracting with a licensed service provider in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to supervise or provide services. This includes the responsibility of verifying the transportation, storage, dispensing, and re- export of medicines. The service supervisor has the right to contract with a third party to fulfill all the requirements of the authority related to the importation of medicines and medical supplies for the Hajj Affairs Offices.
