Hajj Affairs Offices must submit official documents and details on medicines, medical devices and supplies to the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah at least fifteen (15) days prior to the arrival date of the shipment, and also send an electronic copy of the documents set forth in the second paragraph (Documents Required) via email to the office of the Food and Drug Authority at the port of arrival at western central clearance section ([email protected])
