1. The monetary compensations provided for in this Law may only be attached pursuant to a court ruling, provided that deduction therefrom does not exceed 25 percent for a single creditor and 50 percent for multiple creditors. Family support debt shall be deemed a preferred debt over all other debts. Social Insurance Law 2. Notwithstanding paragraph (1) of this Article, the Organization shall have priority over all creditors to collect its dues from the monetary compensations provided for in this Law, and may directly deduct its debt from such compensations, provided that the deducted amount does not exceed 25 percent of the compensation. The Organization may deduct an amount in excess of such percentage, as prescribed in the Regulations, in the event of a lump-sum compensation, single payment, or monthly payments, or if the Organization’s dues resulted from the provision of incorrect data or from negligence or failure to provide data and documents thereto. 3. The Regulations shall specify the provisions necessary for the application of paragraphs (1) and (2) of this Article as well as the provisions related to the waiver of monetary compensations.
