1. The Organization shall pay to the contributor or to his family members the full compensation
amounts to which they are entitled, as provided for in this Law, regardless of the causes and
circumstances leading to the contingency.
2. The compensations provided for in this Law shall not be paid to any contributor who is established
to have intentionally caused or contributed to the occurrence of the contingency.
