1. Subject to the provisions of Article 36(6) and Article 42(2) of this Law, the right to receive
compensation shall begin as of the first day of the month following the month in which the
contributor meets the entitlement conditions provided for in this Law.
2. Payment of compensations shall be discontinued at the end of the last day of the month in which
the event calling for the termination of entitlement to compensation occurs.
3. The Regulations shall specify the dates and procedures for payment of compensations.
