The Organization may, in accordance with the Regulations, suspend daily allowances, benefits, and
non-occupational disability pensions if it is established that the contributor refused, without a
legitimate reason, to receive the necessary treatment, undergo the necessary medical examinations,
or follow the medical instructions required by his health condition.
