The lawyers whose names are registered on the list of practicing lawyers shall be exclusively entitled to litigate on behalf of third
parties before courts of law, the Board of Grievances, or the committees referred to in Article 1 herein. By way of exception,
third parties may be represented by the following:
a) Husbands, in-laws, or any next-of-kin up to the fourth degree.
b) A legal representative of a corporate person.
c) Trustees, guardians, and administrators of endowments in connection with their trusteeship, guardianship, and
administration cases.
d) e) An administrator of the public treasury with respect to matters within his jurisdiction, pursuant to the law and regulations.
