Courts of law, the Board of Grievances, the committees referred to in Article 1 hereof, government agencies, and
investigation authorities shall facilitate the lawyer’s discharge of his assignment, and shall enable him to attend any
interrogations and review any relevant documents. His requests shall not be denied except for a valid reason.
