a. The Real Estate and Municipal Agency may levy any charges, dues, fees and tariffs for services or facilities provided, as described in these Regulations, or any Rules, Executive Orders or Manuals. Such charges, dues, fees and tariffs may include, but are not limited to, license or permit issuance and renewals, inspection charges, registration fees, and occupancy tariffs.
