a. These Regulations shall be amended pursuant to the procedures set forth in the Executive Regulation (Regulation No. 1). b. These Regulations, and any Rules, Policy Statements, Executive Orders, and Manuals, and amendments thereto, shall be promulgated in both Arabic and English translation.
