اللائحة العقارية والبلدية للمدن والمناطق الاقتصادية الخاصة لعام 1433هـ

Any and all interests, transfers, encumbrances and ownership rights, or other documents or instruments relating to any and all real estate within the Economic Cities shall be registered in the order they are received in registrable form, and shall have priority in the order in which they are registered. The date of execution of the instrument shall not affect the registration priority.
