اللائحة العقارية والبلدية للمدن والمناطق الاقتصادية الخاصة لعام 1433هـ

Upon request of an interested party, the Master Developer, or of its own initiative, the Land Registry Department may correct errors in the Land Registry. The Land Registry Department shall give notice of such correction to all other holders of registered interests in the affected real estate, however the failure to give such notice shall not affect the validity or priority of such correction.
