No easement shall be valid unless duly registered in the Land Registry, identifying the easement granted, the parties or property benefited, the parties or property burdened, and the consent of all interested parties. Such easements shall be recorded in the dossiers of both benefited and burdened properties. The Land Registry Department may refuse to register easements that create unreasonable burdens or are otherwise contrary to the best interests of the Economic Cities, as defined in the Real Estate and Municipal Agency Rules.
