The Authority shall examine the application and verify the completeness of registration data, documents and requirements. The Authority shall make the decision about the Registration of application within sixty days from the date of payment of the financial equivalent for the examination or from the date of completing the additional requirements. :المادة الحادية عشرة يجوز للهيئة أن تكلف طالب التسجيل بموجب إخطار يوجه إليه، بتقديم أي مستندات أو بيانات أخرى تراها ،ضرورية للتحقق من توافر الشروط اللازمة لقبول طلبه وذلك خلال تسعين يوما من تاريخ إخطاره، وفي حال عدم استيفاء ما طلب منه خلال المهلة المحددة يُعتبر طلبه كأن لم يكن، ولا يترتب على ذلك استرداد ما تم .سداده من مقابل مالي
