If the Authority finds that the Registration application meets the prescribed conditions, it should notify the Registrant. The Registrant should then pay the financial equivalent in order to record the Work within thirty days from the date of notification, and in the case of nonpayment within the time limit, the application is considered as nonexistent, and this does not result in any refunds of what has been already paid.
