The Authority may require the registrant to submit any documents or other information by a notification addressed to the registrant that is considered to be necessary to accept the application within ninety days from the date of notification. And in the case of not completing what is required within the time limit, the application is considered as if it does not exist, and this does not result in any refunds of what had been paid. :المادة الثانية عشرة إذا تبين للهيئة أن طلب التسجيل استوفى الشروط المقررة فإنها تخطر طالب التسجيل بذلك، ويجب على طالب التسجيل سداد المقابل المالي لتسجيل المصنف خلال ثلاثين يومًا من تاريخ الاخطار وذلك لإتمام قبول التسجيل، وفي حال عدم السداد خلال المهلة المحددة يعد الطلب كأن لم يكن، ولا يترتب على ذلك استرداد المقابل المالي للفحص. ِإذا تبين للهيئة أن طلب التسجيل لم يستوف الشروط المقررة فإنها تصدر قراراً برفض طلب التسجيل موضحاً به أسباب الرفض، ويتم إخطار طالب .التسجيل بذلك
