The Company shall notify SAMA of the percentage of ownership of any Person who owns βive percent (5%) or more of the Company through a quarterly report. عڴى الشركة إبلاغ المؤسسة بنسبة ملكية أي شخص يملك ) ٥%( خمسة بالمئة أو أك؆ر من أسهم الشركة، من خلال تقرير ربع سنوي تُعده الشركة. 2. Any Person owning βive percent (5%) or more of the Company’s shares shall notify SAMA in writing of their percentage ownership and any changes thereof within 5 working days of the date of occurrence of such event. ٢( ع ڴى كل شخص يملك ) ( خمسة بالمئة أو أك؆ر من أسهم الشركة إبلاغ المؤسسة كتابياً بنسبة ملكيته، وأي تغي؈ر يطرأ علٕڈا، خلال خمسة أيام عمل من تاريخ حدوث ذلك.
