:المادة الثالثة والعشرون The implementing regulation of this Law shall be issued by a decision of the Minister of Finance, shall be published within sixty days from the date of publication of this Law, and shall come into effect on the date of the enforcement of this Law. تصدر اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا النظام بقرار من وزير المالية ويتم نشرها خلال ستين يوماً من تاريخ نشر هذا النظام، ويبدأ العمل بها بتاريخ العمل بهذا النظام.
