Insurance Intermediaries Regulation

Intermediaries shall: : ج على الوسطاء والوكلاء a) Promptly notify Clients, using a written confirmation that the insurance contract has been entered into. أ) اخطار العملاء كتابة عند بدا ة عقد التأمين. b) Notify Clients with the changes made to the terms and conditions of an insurance contract and give reasonable notice before any change takes effect. ب) اخطممار العملاء بممأ يييج ج على بنو وتمممم وا عقد التأمين مع ارسممممال اتممممعار قبل تفعيل أ يييج بمدم اوية. c) Inform Clients of any termination of coverage or potential problems within the duration of policy coverage. ج) اخطار العملاء بأ الة انهاء مب للتيطية التمأمينيمة أو أ مشمممم لات متوقعمة خلال ممدم التيطية التأمينية.
