The objectives of the Company shall be to
develop, construct, own, operate and maintain
Jubail water and power project (JWP) in
Jubail Industrial City in the Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia, transfer and sell water and electricity, and
to engage in any business or activities related or
ancillary thereto.
