The duration of the Company shall be fifty 50
years commencing from the date of issue of the Minister of
Commerce and Industry announcing its
establishment.
The duration of the Company may always be
extended by a resolution issued by the
Extraordinary General Assembly at least one (1)
year prior to expiration.
