Except for matters falling within the jurisdiction of an Ordinary General Assembly, an Extraordinary General Assembly shall be competent to consider all matters related to the Company and shall be convened to consider during the six months following the end of the year. Other Ordinary General Assembly meetings may be called when necessary.
