Each shareholder, irrespective of his shareholding shall have the right to attend the Constituent Assembly in person or by proxy. Each shareholder who owns at least twenty shares may attend the Ordinary or Extraordinary General Assembly. Any shareholder may appoint another shareholder, who is not a board member or an officer of the Company, to attend the Ordinary or Extraordinary General Assembly as his delegate.
