An Extraordinary General Assembly of shareholders
shall be competent to alter the By-Laws of the
Company except the provisions prohibited by the law to
be altered. Furthermore, it shall be empowered to
resolve in matters within the jurisdiction of the
Ordinary General Assembly under the same conditions
and manner as prescribed for the latter.
