Employee Productivity AI contributes to enhancing human capabilities, not only by automating tasks but also by enabling em ployees to work more efficiently and make data-informed decisions. To achieve this impact, the following steps are recommended: Integrating Smart Tools into Daily Workflows: AI tools such as digital assistants, auto-classification systems, and predictive responses should be incorporated into daily operations to accelerate perfor mance and reduce effort on repetitive tasks. Broadly Supporting Roles with Smart Tools: Core roles should be widely supported by smart tools, with at least 25% of these functions enhanced by advanced AI technologies, reducing operational burdens and freeing time for higher-value activities. ໟ ໟ ໟ ໟ AI Adoption Framework Achieving Tangible Productivity Gains: Productivity gains exceeding 15-20% should be targeted, equivalent to more than 8 additional working hours per week for each employee, with impact tracked by comparing task completion times and output before and after implementation. Embedding AI into Human Resources Management: AI should be integrated into workforce plan ning, recruitment, training, and development programs to ensure skills are aligned with emerging tech nologies. Analyzing Job Performance Data: Data analytics tools should be used to evaluate AI’s impact on job performance by tracking how employees spend their work time and identifying continuous improve ment opportunities based on accurate performance indicators. Simplified Practical Example: A smart writing assistant is integrated into the legal affairs unit, enabling consultants to draft contracts 40% faster and saving each employee a full working day per week.
