tool for enabling higher-quality, personalized, and efficient service delivery. To achieve this type of impact,
the following steps are recommended:
Analyzing User Behavior to Personalize Services: AI technologies should be employed to analyze
user behavior in order to design personalized services that meet individual needs and enhance the
quality of the overall experience.
Expanding the Scope of AI-Powered Services: The share of AI-supported services should exceed
25% of total services, with priority given to those involving high public interaction to ensure broader
impact.

Improving Time-Based Performance Indicators:Response and processing times should be reduced
by more than 20% by automating manual steps and simplifying procedures using smart tools.
Boosting Satisfaction through Proactive and Interactive Systems:Smart proactive and interactive
solutions, such as predictive chatbots and intelligent assistants, should be activated to provide imme
diate support and boost satisfaction and trust among users.
Integrating AI Across Multiple Channels: AI should be integrated across all service delivery chan
nels, websites, mobile apps, and call centers, ensuring seamless and continuous access to smart
services through all points of interaction

The entity implements an intelligent recommendation system on its e-services portal, suggesting services to users based on
