1. Any establishment registered in the commercial register shall subscribe to
the chamber located in its area. If an establishment has multiple branches in
the same area, it shall have a single subscription, as specified by the
Regulations.
2. The Minister may, upon coordination with relevant agencies, permit persons
engaging in a licensed activity who are not required to be registered in the
commercial register to subscribe to the chamber; however, they shall not
have voting, nomination, or election rights.
