A chamber board of directors may, pursuant to a reasoned decision by the
Minister, be dissolved if:
1. the board exceeds the powers granted thereto under this Law; and
2. a dispute between board members disrupts the chamber's work and duties
where such dispute cannot be resolved amicably through an ad hoc
committee formed by the Board of Directors of the Federation.
In all cases, the dissolution decision shall include a call to the chamber general
assembly to hold early elections for a new board of directors within a period not
exceeding 90 days. The Minister shall appoint an interim board from among the
chamber’s subscribers to undertake the board’s duties, pending the election of
a new board.
