If the chairman of the chamber, or any of his deputies, a board member, or the
secretary general has a direct or indirect interest in any contract or agreement
concluded by the chamber, he must notify the board of directors of such
interest, and shall not attend board deliberations on any matter relating to such
contract or agreement, nor vote thereon.
