1. The chamber chairman and members shall be liable before the general assembly for misusing or squandering the chamber’s funds or for violating Chambers of Commerce Law any of the provisions of this Law. With the exception of cases of fraud and forgery, no liability lawsuit shall be heard after the lapse of five years from the date of discovering the violation. 2. The chamber secretary general shall be liable before the board of directors for misusing or squandering the chamber’s assets and funds or for violating any of the provisions of this Law relating to his duties. With the exception of cases of fraud and forgery, no liability lawsuit may be heard after the lapse of five years from the date of discovering the violation.
