Financial Statements and Report on Company Activities
At the end of the company’s fiscal year, a simplified joint-stock company’s
president, manager, or board of directors, as the case may be, shall prepare
the company’s financial statements as well as a report on its activities and
financial position for the ending fiscal year. The report shall include a proposal
on the manner of distributing dividends, if any. Such documents and the
auditor's report, if any, shall be presented to the shareholders within six months
from the date on which the company's fiscal year ends. The president,
manager, or board of directors, as the case may be, shall deposit said
documents as determined by the Regulations.
