1. Deliberations and decisions of shareholder meetings as well as decisions
issued by circulation shall be recorded in minutes and entered into a special
register signed by the company’s president, manager, or board of directors,
as the case may be. The company may use means of technology to
document and record such deliberations and decisions.
2. Shareholder decisions which the Regulations require to be registered with
the Commercial Register shall be registered therewith by the company’s
president, manager, or board of directors, as the case may be, within 15 days
from their issuance date.
